Functions of state governance of sport in the conditions of economic globalization
Abstract
The article defines the functions of the state in sports management. It is noted that economic globalization has seriously affected the advancement of social reforms in different countries of the world, among which can be distinguished the reform of physical culture and sports.
The influence of physical culture and sports on the development of a healthy society has been determined, it has been proved that sports will undergo deep quantitative, structural and qualitative changes at present and act as a social institution and a specific type of professional activity.
High-quality management of sports based on the principles of management such as: system, optimality, motivation, economy and meeting the constantly growing needs and interests of the parties allows to ensure purposeful modernization and diversification of relations in the field of physical culture and sports.
This article shows the situation of the Physical Education sphere. The issues of searching for sources of financing the Physical Education sphere are thoroughly studied in this article as well as the problem of organizing management of the related sphere in the conditions of our country's economic crisis and the lack of our government's financing.
It is justified the objective need for further research on the management of physical culture and sports on the principles of a generalized approach of assessment and justification of its feasibility as a means of implementing managerial decisions aimed at resolving relations in the sports sphere.
