Abstract

The result of the introduction of administrative reform in Ukraine, as of 2017, was the creation of almost seven hundred joint territorial communities (OTGs). Again, OTG received a significant number of powers to form a budget, determine the forms and directions of the socio-economic development of the society and use the natural resource potential of their territories. Special attention should be paid to the development prospects of the agrarian sphere of the united territorial communities. The solution of these problems lies in the state support of small and medium-sized agribusiness, strengthening of state control over monopolists' activities and their social and financial responsibility to the unified territorial community, the land they are renting.
