Principles of ensuring competitiveness using the potential of the agricultural sector of the economy
Abstract
Modern globalization challenges actualize the institutional approach to the formation of security values in the formation of a competitive economy, which must be ensured in a competitive environment. Today, one of the most important tasks in the field of economic development is the creation of favorable conditions for the attraction of foreign investments in the economy of our country, the introduction of practical mechanisms for their legal protection, and the further improvement of the investment climate as one of the prerequisites for the formation of the potential for the further development of a competitive economy. Investments are a financial source of reproduction and economic growth in general, a factor that determines the development of productive forces and the system of economic relations. The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing institutional foundations for ensuring the competitiveness of the country's economy, based on the use of the potential of the agricultural sector. Research methods: bibliographic, analysis, synthesis, institutional approach. The study of the scientific foundations of the formation of a competitive paradigm of economic security of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the formation of a competitive economy showed the relevance of technological, innovative, institutional, strategic and systemic concepts. Proposals have been developed for the formation of a competitive paradigm in the modern conditions of ensuring economic security in the conditions of the formation of a circular economy in order to achieve the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise. The main trends in the development of agricultural sector enterprises and their role in the formation of a competitive paradigm for the development of a competitive economy have been identified. The architecture of the study is based on consideration of the following levels of institutional support of a competitive economy: macro level (state); meso level (industry, agrarian sector of the economy); micro level (enterprise level). At the macro level, issues of ensuring competitiveness are reflected in the formation of a powerful institutional environment for increasing competitiveness, monitoring of key evaluation indicators.
