The concept of smart city to promote sustainable urban development

Abstract

With the in-depth development and extensive application of the new generation of information technology, Internet of Things, cloud computing and other technologies, smart city has increasingly become a key topic of urban construction and planning. This article explains the smart city concept connotation and the important influence to the future urban development, deeply analyzes the smart city construction situation and existing problems in China, and then puts forward the construction strategies such as strengthening the top-level design, promoting the integration of data resources, and improving the system and mechanism, hoping to provide help for the smooth development of smart city construction in China in the future.
