FEATURES OF FORMING A RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR LOGISTICS CHAINS OF EXPORT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive theoretical study of the features of risk management system formation in export logistics chains of agricultural enterprises under martial law and increasing external environmental uncertainty. The significance of logistics processes as a key element of ensuring the stability of export activities of agricultural enterprises is substantiated, and risk management is defined as a necessary component of a modern management system. The definition of the enterprise risk management system is formed, and its elements and features are determined. The features of the risk management system of agricultural enterprises are characterized. A list of risks that enterprises in agriculture face is formed. The stages of the formation of the risk management system of agricultural enterprises are determined. The risk management system of export logistics chains is conceptualized as a set of interrelated management decisions, organizational procedures, and instruments of influence aimed at the timely identification, assessment, and minimization of risks arising in the transportation, storage, and sale of agricultural products on foreign markets. Key groups of external and internal risks have been identified, including political and security, logistical, regulatory, financial, production, personnel, and information and technological. It is substantiated that the formation of an effective risk management system should be based on a combination of strategic planning with operational response mechanisms, ensuring the flexibility of logistics routes and the integration of production, transportation, and financial support of export operations. It is proven that implementing an integrated risk management approach reduces losses, increases the sustainability of export logistics chains, and strengthens the competitive positions of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises on the world market amid modern socio-economic challenges. The results have significant practical implications and will help improve the efficiency of risk management in export logistics chains for agricultural enterprises.
