It is justified that in the modern market economy and sustainable development, the transition to which is the main vector of reforms in Ukraine, entrepreneurship is an important element of the market economy and an integral part of the competition mechanism. Studies show that young Ukrainians want to try their hand at developing their own business, but ignorance of the legislation or lack of experience often prevents this, keeping potential entrepreneurs from starting or not starting their own business. The vast majority of surveyed respondents, namely 98 percent, have a desire to start their business. The largest number of participants in the survey would like to provide services – 49 people (49.5%) and the second place takes the production and processing of agricultural products – 42 people (42.4%); the third place takes retail trade – 36 people (36.4%); the next category is wholesale trade – 33 people (33.3%); the last but one is production of industrial goods – 22 people (22.5%). It has been established that the future entrepreneurs are most concerned with high tax burden – 69.7%; corruption in regulatory and inspection bodies – 54,5%; absence of qualified personnel 38.4%; limited access to resources – 37.4%; military actions on the territory of the countries – 15.2% and pressure from law enforcement – 15.2%. Among the types of economic activity in the context of agrarian entrepreneurship, the priority includes agriculture (crop production) – 78.8%; agriculture (livestock) – 64.6%; agriculture (berry farming) – 19.2%; processing of agricultural products – 63.6%; tourist services – 22,2%; production of building supplies – 11.1%. It has been proven that agriculture needs effective financial support both at the national and regional levels. The development of agricultural entrepreneurship is hampered by the imperfect state policy of its support, high taxes and administrative barriers. It is determined that the state of development of agricultural entrepreneurship in the region is hampered by the problems that need immediate solution. Taking into account that our country has a significant consumer market, favorable geopolitical location, rich natural resources, skilled labor, a powerful scientific base, it should become a country with a high level of entrepreneurship.
