Development of the mechanism of innovative products’ commercialization

Abstract
The article analyzes the approaches to the essence of the “commercialization” concept. Key elements of the definitions and their specific weight were defined. It made possible to understand the difference in the views of domestic and foreign authors. The matrix of the stages of the commercialization process was constructed and authors’ own approach to this process was proposed. The scheme of interconnections of the mechanism of innovative products’ commercialization was formed.
